Return Policy:

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

- Returned items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.

- IMPORTANT: To be eligible for return, customers must provide an opening video of the product taken at the time of delivery clearly showing the unboxing and any issues.

Refund Process:

- Once we receive and inspect the return (along with your submitted video), your refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable:

- Customized pieces, made-to-order items, or hand-painted garments are not eligible for return/refund due to their unique nature.

Damaged Items:

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the unboxing video.
